Refund & Cancellation

At Decarno Associates, we strive to provide quality professional services. Due to the nature of consultancy and registration services, the following refund policy applies:

Service Cancellation

• Clients may request cancellation before the initiation of work.
• Once documentation review, filing, application submission, or processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• Payment made due to technical error or duplicate transaction.
• Service cannot be delivered due to reasons solely attributable to Decarno Associates.

Non-Refundable Services

The following fees are generally non-refundable:

• Government fees
• Registration fees
• License application fees
• Trademark filing fees
• ISO certification charges
• Loan processing charges
• Consultation fees
• Third-party charges

Processing Time

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7-15 business days through the original payment method.

Service Rejection

If any government authority, lender, insurer, or certification body rejects an application, fees already paid for professional services rendered shall not be refundable.
